i) ARSB also took the initiative by identifying parties living near the ARSB forest concession. A map of the ARSB concession and its vicinity is provided and matched with satellite/ topo map images.

ii) In addition, the method of interconnection and communication between ARSB and stakeholders involved through telephone, email and meetings (formal & informal).

iii) Will hold meetings/discussions with stakeholders involved to reach a consensus.

iv) Discussions are made in harmony and in internal meetings only.

v) If necessary, a matter involving legislation, the matter will be proposed and referred to the local authority.
